Leat Cottage, one of a small terrace, is a cosy character cottage with amazing unspoilt views to the rear and just a five minute walk to the centre of the village. It has a peaceful and pretty terraced garden, bordered with mature shrubs and a stream, and views over Sidbury cricket ground and countryside beyond.
The cottage garden is a real gem enjoying sunshine for most of the day. There is a decking area with BBQ and garden furniture, ideal for al fresco dining and watching the village cricket, a further terraced sitting area and an area of lawn, all bordered by mature shrubs and a stream at the bottom giving direct access to a footpath that leads, within minutes, through the public Millennium Field, to the village centre and the East Devon Way.
Leat Cottage is available for Winter Short Breaks for 3 to 6 nights.
Well behaved dogs are welcome. The cottage is strictly no smoking.
